The company was started by Debby O’Connell President and Broker over 35 years ago. Elliott, who worked as Debby O’Connell’s Vice President and Broker in the late 1980’s and 1990’s together they built the Company into a 5 office firm with over 100 associates that was recognized throughout Palm Beach County as one of the leading real estate firms, with strategically placed beach front offices in the Town of Manalapan and the Town of Ocean Ridge. Throughout the late 1990’s Elliott exclusively represented the New Developer Sales for the waterfront boating communities of the “Ocean Ridge Yacht Club” and the Ultimate Boaters Retreat “Ocean Harbor Estates” in the Town of Ocean Ridge
Experience
Over the years, Robert Elliott has been an integral part of the management team for the top real estate brokerage firms in Palm Beach County. During the last 15 years he has also served as a Director for the Local and State Association of Realtors. He has served on the Government Affairs Committee, and has been very active in The Realtors Political Action Committee at the local level and was awarded by the State of Florida Association of Realtors as “Committee Chairman of the Year” for those efforts. He is also a past recipient of the “Realtor of the Year” award. Most recently, Elliott has helped develop the Realtor Safety Program, which has been recognized by the State of Florida Association as a Certified Continuing Education Program.
